Thai Compress Massagethai compress

Using warm, herbal compresses to treat the Sen channels in the body and release stagnant energy and blockages, thus promoting better health and wellbeing.

Bamboo Massagebamboo massage

Massage using bamboo canes which delivers stress relief, muscle strengthening, lymphatic drainage and improves circulation.  This massage will benefit anyone who leads an active lifestyle and requires deep work to soften and break down muscular tension.

Hot/Cold Stone Massagehot stones

Volcanic basalt stones are used during this treatment to provide a luxuriously warm massage experience.  The heat increases the beneficial effects of massage.

Lava Shells Massage

Warm Tiger Clam shells are used to perform this massage.  The heat increases blood flow bringing nutrients to the skin and removing waste products.  It enables muscle relaxation and can aid pain relief.

Indian Head MassageIndian head massage

Based on the principles of Ayurveda from around 3000 B.C. this is a seated, clothed massage which should help to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

Pregnancy Massagepregnancy massage

A massage tailored for women in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Aimed at easing the problems associated with pregnancy. (Note: Midwife or GP consent would be required prior to treatment). Back, shoulders, legs, feet, hands and face as required.

Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage is based on traditional Thai massage from around 2000 years ago.  It has thai-foot-massageelements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga.  Concentration is given to the 12 major energy lines (meridians) in the body.  It works on the physical, mental and subtle level thus creating physical, mental and subtle benefits.  The massage works on the hips, legs and feet using techniques which increase blood flow, increase circulation and oxygen levels, helps release toxins and stimulate lymphatic drainage.

Clients remain clothed but should wear comfortable/flexible trousers.
